Airsoft Gun Purchase Policy — tacticaldeltashop.com

This policy governs the purchase of airsoft guns from tacticaldeltashop.com, operated by Tactical Delta Group. By placing an order for an airsoft gun, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Legal Compliance & Eligibility (UK Only)

Airsoft guns are sold in accordance with UK law, including the Violent Crime Reduction Act (VCRA) 2006.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an airsoft gun.
You are responsible for ensuring that ownership and use of airsoft guns are legal for you.

2. UKARA Requirement (Mandatory)

EVERY purchase of an airsoft gun REQUIRES a valid UKARA number.
Your UKARA number must be sent by email within 3 days of purchase.

The email must include:

Order number
Full name
UKARA number

3. Failure to Provide UKARA Details

If a valid UKARA number is not received within 3 days of placing your order:

The order will be automatically cancelled
A refund will be issued
An administration fee of £19 will be deducted from the refund total

This administration fee covers order processing, compliance checks, and payment handling costs.

4. UKARA Registration via Tactical Delta Group

Tactical Delta Group can assist players with UKARA registration at our airsoft site, subject to the following requirements:

To qualify for UKARA registration, the player must:

Book and attend a minimum of 3 airsoft game events
Participate in those events over a period of at least 53 days
Comply with all site rules and safety requirements

UKARA registration is not guaranteed and remains subject to final approval by UKARA once all conditions are met.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Airsoft guns will only be shipped after UKARA verification is completed.
Orders may require adult signature (18+) upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment if legal requirements are not met.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

All airsoft gun sales are final once UKARA verification is approved.
Cancellations due to missing or invalid UKARA information are subject to the £19 administration fee.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within the 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Safety & Responsibility

By purchasing an airsoft gun, you agree that:

Airsoft guns are not toys
You will use appropriate eye and face protection
You will transport and store airsoft guns responsibly
Tactical Delta Group is not liable for misuse, injury, or illegal use of products
